Privacy Policy

This policy explains how QGVPN handles account, order, website access, and connection data while providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions.

Last updated: August 2026

By using the QGVPN website, user panel, or subscription services, users acknowledge that they have read this policy. QGVPN processes data only as needed to provide services, protect account security, process orders, troubleshoot issues, and improve the website, with access limited by purpose.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

QGVPN registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient to create an account, so an email address is not a required registration field. The account system stores usernames, encrypted authentication data, subscription status, aggregated traffic usage, and necessary account activity records for login verification, plan delivery, usage accounting, and account security.

Order records may include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, creation and completion times, and transaction identifiers returned by the payment channel. These records are used to confirm orders, activate subscriptions, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve transaction disputes. QGVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; specific payment details are handled by the payment channel selected by the user.

When users visit the QGVPN website, servers and analytics tools may process page access times, pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device type, IP address, and error information. This data is used to prevent abnormal requests, analyze page usage, and fix technical issues. Website analytics and network acceleration connection data are handled as separate processing scenarios.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

QGVPN follows an anonymous no-logs principle. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing or transmission content or specific request records, or create long-term connection histories that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

To calculate subscription allowances and keep the service running, the system may process account-level aggregated traffic usage, subscription validity, and necessary technical status information. Routine connection logs are not retained long term. When users report a connection issue, troubleshooting may temporarily process the client version, platform type, error message, and route type. Diagnostic materials are used only for that issue and are deleted or de-identified after it is resolved.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security markers. This information maintains sessions, avoids repeated setup, and supports account functions; it is not used to record specific content accessed through international routes.

Browsers generally allow users to view, restrict, or clear Cookies and local storage. After clearing them, login status and preferences may expire, requiring users to log in again or select the relevant options again. Disabling necessary storage may also prevent some account features from working properly.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Payments are completed by the relevant third-party payment channel. Bank card details, payment credentials, and on-chain transfer operations are handled by the payment channel under its own rules. QGVPN receives only the payment result, transaction status, and identifiers needed to confirm an order. Before paying, users should also review the privacy notice of their chosen payment channel.

Except as needed to complete payments, meet legal obligations, protect account and service security, or respond to a clear user request, QGVPN does not disclose account information to unrelated third parties. When a service provider is needed for hosting, analytics, or troubleshooting, only the data necessary for the specified task is shared, and the provider must process it for the agreed purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for as long as necessary for accounting reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Website access and security records are retained only as needed to maintain the service and identify abnormal requests; after that purpose ends, they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Users may submit a ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Deletion requests are handled after identity and account ownership checks are complete. If certain order information is still needed for an unfinished transaction, refund dispute, or legal obligation, it will be deleted under the applicable rules after that matter ends. After account deletion, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to an individual account may remain.

Policy Updates and User Choices

QGVPN may update this policy when product features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes involving data uses or user rights will be clearly announced through the website or user panel.

Users may decide whether to continue using the service based on this policy. If they disagree with an updated processing practice, they may stop using the relevant features and submit an account data request through a user panel ticket. Policy updates do not change order processing or refund arrangements already made before the update.
