Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by QGVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agreed to use its features in accordance with these terms.

Service Content and Scope

QGVPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, using international routes to help users connect to websites, applications, and other network resources. The service covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Specific available regions, route types, client features, and connection methods are based on the information shown on the service pages and in the user panel at the relevant time.

Local network conditions, device systems, target service policies, and route status may affect actual connection results. QGVPN may adjust route entry points, protocol support, and related features based on maintenance needs, capacity planning, security risks, or upstream network changes. Such adjustments are intended to keep the service operating normally and do not represent a change to the core purpose of a subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage, and ticket activity under their accounts. QGVPN supports simultaneous access on unlimited devices. Users may use the same active subscription on devices they manage, but must not publicly disclose account credentials, share a subscription with unrelated parties, or resell, rent, or split and distribute account, traffic, or route access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until consumed, and never expire. Users should verify their selected plan before placing an order; subscription status, remaining traffic, and validity are determined by the records in the user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location of the network resources, and use the service only for lawful personal or business network access. Users must not use QGVPN to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, send abusive messages in bulk, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in other unlawful activities.

Users must also follow the service rules of each website, application, and platform they access. QGVPN provides network connectivity and does not create, publish, or trade the content users access, nor does it determine whether their conduct meets local requirements. The person who carried out the conduct is responsible for any complaints, disputes, or liability arising from it.

Service Availability and Liability

QGVPN maintains routes and clients according to actual operating conditions, but internet connections can be affected by local networks, device settings, system updates, target service changes, upstream route maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or due to incidents. Users may try another route, check client settings, or submit a ticket through the user panel.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QGVPN is not liable for connection failures beyond its reasonable control, changes to third-party services, device compatibility issues, or indirect losses. Users should keep important materials backed up and confirm network status before handling payments, work files, or other important operations.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. Processing results and the status of the return to the original payment method depend on the actual status reported by the relevant payment channel. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods.

If an account is used for unlawful activities, subscription resale, public sharing of access rights, malicious consumption of service resources, or repeated disruption of normal operations, QGVPN may restrict route access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To address a possible error or subscription issue, users may submit a ticket with details when they can access the user panel.

Changes to Terms and Applicability

QGVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service features, operating methods, or applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Adjustments that materially affect user rights or usage responsibilities will be identified clearly on the page.

Continued use of the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If users do not agree with a change, they may stop using the service and submit a request where the refund terms allow it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
