Before You Start, Confirm the Setup Path

QGVPN’s marketing pages and user panel are separate. This page explains the order of operations, while your account, orders, subscription, and client downloads are handled in the user panel. For a smoother setup, stay signed in to the user panel in your browser and switch back to it as you follow this guide. That way, you won’t have to look for the subscription or client entry again.

The process follows this order: create an account, choose a plan, wait for the order to take effect, get the subscription, import it, and then connect. Don’t skip the order status check and go straight to the route list, because the subscription content required by the client appears only after an eligible plan takes effect. If you already have an account and an active plan, start with Get Your Subscription.

Create an Account and Open the User Panel

Open the Start Free page and enter a username and password you plan to keep using. QGVPN does not require an email address, so your username is the main detail you’ll use to identify the account when signing in. Before submitting, check that the username has no extra spaces and save the password in a trusted password manager so you don’t lose access when changing devices.

After submission succeeds, the page will open the user panel. First check that the username shown in the account area is correct, then continue to plan selection. If the browser remains on the sign-in or account-creation page, check the message beside the input fields. Common causes include a username that is already in use, mismatched passwords, or outdated browser autofill. Correct the flagged item and submit again; there is no need to create multiple accounts.

Creating an account does not mean that a subscription is already available. At this stage, the panel is mainly used to view plans, orders, and client downloads. The next step is to choose a plan based on your actual data needs. If you only want to compare prices first, review the full details on the Plans page in the current language before opening the panel.

Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order

Open the Plans section in the user panel and first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. For frequent video streaming, AI Tools, or large-file syncing, choose monthly data based on typical usage. If your usage varies, compare the data packages.

After selecting a plan, the order page will show the plan name and amount due. Confirm that the details match your selection, then choose from the payment methods currently offered in the panel: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the order page. Don’t rely only on the payment page to determine the plan status; use the status shown in the user panel’s order and account overview.

If the page does not update promptly after payment, refresh Account Overview and check the order again to avoid creating a duplicate order. Get Your Subscription in the User Panel

After confirming that the plan is active, open Account Overview. Find the copy option in the subscription details section. The panel will provide a subscription URL linked to your account or an import method for the relevant client. Use the copy button whenever possible instead of selecting part of the text with your mouse; missing the final characters can make the client reject the format.

Your subscription URL functions as an account credential and should be stored only on your own devices and in trusted clients. Don’t send it in public chats, screenshots, or shared documents, and don’t give it to unknown websites for format conversion. To use it on another device, sign in to the same user panel and copy it again. QGVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so there is no need to create another account when switching devices.

If you need to recognize what a subscription URL looks like, refer only to the clearly fake value https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It cannot connect and does not represent QGVPN’s real subscription path. For actual use, copy the URL from your own Account Overview; never manually change its parameters, characters, or capitalization.

Keep the panel open after copying. Next, enter the client download area in the panel and get the client for your current platform, then complete the import in the client. Installing a client and importing a subscription are separate actions: installation provides the application, while the actual route list is loaded through your personal subscription afterward.

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

After the subscription updates successfully, choose a region that matches your purpose from the client’s route list, then turn on the connection. For your first setup, don’t change the protocol, routing mode, system proxy, and other settings all at once. Keep the client defaults and establish a basic connection first. This makes it easier to identify whether a problem comes from the subscription, route, or local settings.

Once the client shows Connected, open an international website you planned to use and confirm that it loads normally. Then visit QGVPN’s My IP page to check whether the current exit IP and region have changed. The exit region should match the selected route’s direction. If the original network exit is still shown, the client may be enabled while system traffic is not passing through the current configuration.

If the connection is not working, disconnect and reconnect once, and confirm that no other proxy or VPN configuration is running at the same time. Then update the subscription and test another route. If no route can connect, review the Connection and Troubleshooting categories in the Help Center. Change only one setting at a time and verify after each change so you can identify what actually resolves the issue.

If the target service opens normally and the exit region matches the selected route, the initial setup is complete. You can switch routes based on your needs, such as comparing connection stability for everyday browsing, Streaming, or AI Tools. A nearby region often helps reduce the path length, but peak-hour performance is also affected by direct routes, transit, and dedicated-route types. Keep a Simple Routine for Daily Use

After the initial setup, daily use usually requires only opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. You do not need to add the subscription again each time; when the route list changes, update the existing subscription entry. If you accidentally delete the configuration, sign in to Account Overview, copy the subscription address again, and import it using the steps for your platform.

When changing network environments, such as moving from a home network to public Wi-Fi, disconnect the old connection first. Confirm that the new network has basic access, then reconnect QGVPN. If webpages open but a specific app cannot connect, check whether that app uses its own proxy settings, then review the client’s current mode. Use the user panel as the source of truth for your account, orders, and subscription. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. To check remaining data or order status, return to Account Overview instead of relying only on stale data cached by the client.
